For companies, businesses, agencies and groups that participate in trade shows, exhibitor events, or even in community activities replacing your existing trade show booth may not be at the top of your list of things to do.

However, just like anything in marketing and advertising, your trade show booth is sending a message to your potential new customers, clients, members or participants. With the very low costs of these booths and new features and optional customization available today there really isn’t a good reason to hang on to the old model.

Outdated and Out of Style

It is pretty easy to see if a trade show booth is a new generation or one of the old dinosaurs of even a few years ago. Today’s booths come with a greater variety of shapes, sizes, panels and features as compared to flat, basic options that were all that was available a few years ago.

An outdated or out of style trade show booth is definitely sending a message to your potential customers. It may also show signs of wear and tear, with is another reason to make a replacement.

Worn or Damaged

No matter how carefully you take down and put up a trade show booth it will, over the course of its lifetime, have some signs of damage. While the new models are much more durable and can last years, scratches, stains and even dents and dings can and will happen with frequent use and multiple people putting them together and taking them apart.

The newer types of trade show booth fabrics are polyester and can simply be replaced as needed. Since they slide over the frame and then, on some models, end caps are used there is much less risk of damage even with frequent use.

No Longer Big Enough

Especially for companies, manufacturers and entrepreneurs, your original trade show booth may simply not be big enough anymore to display everything that you want to have on hand.

In this case making the decision to move up in size and choose a trade show booth with all the new features, options and designs is really not a difficult decision. Just shop around and compare what companies are offering until you find the right match for your needs.
