Unless you work for a manufacturer, you may not know what custom heating elements are or what custom heating elements are used for. Various industries require particular heating solutions to optimize their applications. Heating products include cartridge and rod heaters, coil heaters, netflex heaters and tubular heaters. Infrared heating is also an option.

Cartridge and Rod Heaters

Cartridge heaters can be tailored to specific applications while considering your challenges and goals. Common applications include heat staking, torpedo heaters for injection molding, pellet stove igniter, hot melt adhesive, food manufacturing, mass spectrometry and many others.

Coil Heaters

Other names for coil heaters include micro tubular heaters, hot sprue heaters, spring heaters, hot runner nozzle heaters and cable heaters. These do not refer to the exterior shape of the heater, but to the internal resistance wire. Coil heaters are quite versatile, durable and precise. They are used for rubber injection molding, food/tray seal packaging, mass spectrometry and plastic injection molding.

Netflex Heaters

These are form-in-place tubular heaters that feature highly-compress copper powder on the inside for extra durability. They are commonly used for top seal packaging, food processing market, specialty heated tools, plate heating, plastic welding, packaging, rubber molding and plastic injection molding.

Tubular Heaters

Tubular heaters are built for demanding applications, such as ones that involve environmental conditions, special material being treated, operating temperature, dimensional tolerances, moisture and movement. They enable superior heat transfer for applications that involve metals, heating liquids or air.
